Introduction to JTB Outbound

JTB Malaysia- Outbound Division was set up several years to initially complement the Japanese Inbound traffic to Malaysia. It has since grown into a full fledge division, complete with ticketing, operations and marketing dedicated to handle local Japanese expatriates and also Malaysians going to Japan. Our strategic location in Bukit Bintang area provides convenient access for walk-in clients for consultation or reservation. For the past consecutive 3-years, JTB Outbound has participated in the MATTA Fairs with the aim to educate Malaysian public about JTB; the biggest travel agent in Japan and one of the largest in the world, and to introduce an affordable alternative to travel to Japan. Currently, JTB Outbound is also a reputed wholesaler for Japan-bound products to local Malaysian Travel Agents.
